In the Gardens of Paradise, Al Capone Restaurant celebrates Sicilian culture and tradition through refined cuisine, local products and dishes served at sunset under the white curtains of the garden.

Mediterranean recipes, daily catches, local vegetables, traditional preserves, and pastry specialties. Dishes incorporate selected certified organic ingredients and regional products, including items from the Slow Food Presidia of the Madonie Park according to seasonal availability. Available for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and for dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Winery
A wine list featuring over one hundred selected labels, showcasing prominent Sicilian wineries alongside national and international selections, sparkling wines, and traditional dessert wines (including Malvasia, Passito, and Marsala). Pairings and recommendations are provided by our Maître.
