GIFT CARD
1. The Gift Cards are issued by Alberi del Paradiso – MEDIHOT s.r.l., VAT no. 4741750824 and can be redeemed directly on our website for the purchase of seats at the Calette Beach or at the hotel in exchange for the provision of any service offered by the hotel (e.g. accommodation, catering, spa etc.) up to the equivalent nominal value.
2. The value of the Gift Card is inclusive of VAT.
3. The Gift Card may be used by the purchaser or be given as a gift to a third party. In any case, the purchaser’s personal details shall be requested at the time of purchase.
The purchaser may indicate the name of the recipient of the Gift Card as recipient of future services.
4. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months. After this period, they cannot be used for the purchase of services and the amounts will not be reimbursed.
5. Gift Cards are identified by a serial number which must be communicated to Hotel Alberi del Paradiso during the booking process. Their use is subject to the seasons of the hotel and the availability of services.
6. Reservation is compulsory. The required services can be booked through our Booking office (booking@alberidelparadiso.it; +39 0921 423 900).
7. Any hotel booking involving a Gift Card shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the booking.
8. The original Gift Card must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Alberi del Paradiso – MEDIHOT s.r.l. reserves the right during the booking process to request credit card details as a guarantee for the services booked or when a Gift Card redemption is requested.
9. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not redeemable for any reason. The total amount can be redeemed against the total amount of the account during the stay or upon payment of the booked service. In the event that the value of the Gift Card does not cover the full cost of accommodation, food, beverages or other services provided by the hotel, the balance must be paid by the Gift Card recipient to the hotel in cash or valid credit/debit card. Any remaining unused amounts cannot be refunded.
10. In case of cancellation of the booked services after the deadline or in case of no-show, the foreseen penalty, as specified in the confirmation email and in the terms and conditions of the purchased service, if exceeding the value of the Gift Card, shall be charged to the credit card. Therefore, the Gift Card shall be deemed used and cannot be used for other services. The charge will be made directly by the structure that is the subject of the booking.
11. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the value of the Gift Card can also be used to purchase special offers advertised on the website www.alberidelparadiso.com. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase services outside the circuit or through partner websites (e.g. online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia etc., or tour operators or travel agents).
12. Gift Cards may be cancelled after issuance if the information provided at the time of purchase is false or inaccurate, or if payment is declined or if incorrect cardholder and/or billing data are provided.
13. Alberi del Paradiso – MEDIHOT s.r.l. accepts no liability for the loss or theft of any Gift Card. Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and are void if altered, copied or reproduced.
14. It is prohibited to resell the Gift Card.
15. Alberi del Paradiso – MEDIHOT s.r.l. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above sales policies without prior notice.
16. Gift Cards are subject to Italian law and the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, in which case the Court of Termini Imerese shall have jurisdiction.
