We are recruiting for the position of Spa Attendant. The ideal candidate strives for excellence and is a highly motivated team player. The Spa Attendant plays a key role in the arrival and departure experience of all spa guests. They arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests and respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Spa Department through leadership and supervision of the Spa team
- Escort and provide the welcome introduction to each guest as well as ongoing assistance while using the Spa
- Perform body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience the highest level of service
- Assist the guest by answering any questions, providing expertise about the Spa facility
- Work with the reception team to ensure a seamless operation and to ensure that financial controls, including the auditing of all financial transactions are in place and adhered to
- Ensure that the guest experience meets and overcomes our performance benchmarks
- Assist with the creation and satisfaction of marketing and achievement objectives, train and coach the team to ensure the financial success of the Spa department
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Skilled with equipment and devices used for treatments and beauty services
- Solid knowledge of anatomy
- Ability to be a team-leader and supervisor, strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Italian (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Command of digital technologies
Requirement:
- Proven professional experience in a luxury hotel within the same role
- Professional license as esthetician and/or as a massage therapist
- High level of Spa and beauty knowledge
