We are recruiting for the position of Line Cook. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Italian cuisine.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
- Compliance with the standards of service, quality, procedures and policies of the Hotel Le Calette
- Compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
- Work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product
- Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the culinary environment
Competencies:
- Strong culinary skills
- Proficient knife skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
Requirement:
- Culinary experience in luxury hotels is preferred
- Knowledge of Italian and local cuisine and products
