Line Cook

We are recruiting for the position of Line Cook. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Italian cuisine.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Compliance with the standards of service, quality, procedures and policies of the Hotel Le Calette
  • Compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
  • Work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product
  • Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the culinary environment


  • Strong culinary skills
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors


  • Culinary experience in luxury hotels is preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian and local cuisine and products
